Our beautiful and high-end modern 3 bedroom, Great Escape! comfortably sleeps 4 adults (16 years and older) plus up to 3 children. Three bedrooms with balcony access off two of the bedrooms. 2 of the master bedroom suites have attached full bathrooms and an additional one full bathroom also located in condo.
Great Escape! offers one king bed and fold out single sofa bed in the largest master bedroom and balcony access, 2nd smaller master bedroom offers 2 double beds and private balcony, 3rd interior bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Whether deciding on take-out or channeling your inner chef abilities, our kitchen inside Great Escape! is fully equipped with all the essentials and is adorned with an oversized dining table that allows all to relax, sit and enjoy! You have full private access to our Great Escape! you have full access to The Grand pool, gym, hot tubs, and lobby. The Grand lobby is what we call a city within a building. If you didn't have to leave the building, you wouldn't have to, because it offers everything you could possibly need, want and desire! Restaurants from authentic Italian Primo's dining (a true locals hang out shhhhh), to our 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega (omg the panini's and fresh baked pastries!!), to yummy deli at Le'Faubourg to Tony Chan's upscale Chinese eatery, to our Locals Lobby Bar (and just about everything in-between). Oh, and let's not forget Starbucks, and for a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, visit our hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby. Boutique shopping.. The Grand is a premiere location! It is very centrally located. We are an easy 8 minute drive over the scenic causeway to South Beach, 3 minute drive to Wynwood Walls and Art District, 5 minutes to Midtown and the Design and Fashion District. One block walking distance to Publix grocery store beer/wine. Bayside Marketplace (port of Miami) is so close you can see it from The Grand! As is American Airlines Arena and The Miami Adrienne Arscht Center! There is shopping, nightlife, arts & entertainment, and restaurants all around ... !! Also Brightline station is a few blocks from the The Grand.

Uber all the way! Everything is so close that it makes Ubering around safe and easy. Taxis (there is usually a long line of taxis right out front of The Grand) the Trolley, and our very personal favorite the Miami Metromover which is free and is right on our block!
If you plan to have a car there is a one time $75 parking fee to self park one car for entire stay - building fee, so please let us know if you plan to have a car during your stay. Please note that the parking garage height is only 6'6" similar to a large SUV. Trucks can not fit and would need to street park by meter only. If you prefer to valet or have more then one car you can valet with the building for $30 daily fee (this is paid directly to the building).

30 day minimum for all bookings (Building rules).
3 business day prior approval process before arrival.
- Please note that bookings made on Homeaway/VRBO/Expedia and our website will be charged a 8% processing fee on any amount paid if cancelled at anytime. This fee covers the credit card processing fee we have that is not refunded to us if you should choose to cancel or you are not approved by mgmt. Your refund will be less 8% for a cancellation.
-92% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
-0% refundable if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
-Guests are responsible for purchasing trip insurance.
-By booking this condo you are agreeing to this rental agreement.
-Visitors are only allowed at a minimum. Excess of visitors will not be allowed by security/mgmt at one time. Overnight visitors are not allowed.
- Absolutely no loud music, parties or any type of altercation with building security or staff or will result in immediate eviction or 15 day notice from mgmt with no refund and forfeit of deposit.
-Rental agreement must be accepted at time of booking. Please make sure you read through it thoroughly.
-The name on booking and credit card used must also match one of the guests staying in condo. No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty LLC.
-Number of guests must not exceed occupancy amount for this property, so please make sure to state exact amount of guests when booking.
- No furniture/art may be moved during your stay please.
-There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the property. If smoking is detected you will face eviction and forfeit deposit.
-Bluewater Realty LLC can not be held liable for any amenities being closed during your stay. This is our of our control so we are unable to give refunds for this situation if it should arise.
-Absolutely no pets are allowed. These are building rules on bookings under 1 year.
-Guests 16 years of age and older are considered adults by building mgmt.
-The booking must be made by anyone 21 years of age or older.
-MONTHLY 30+ day stays will require an application for approval by the building Association/Management along with photos of all adults drivers licenses or passports (if over 30 days a visa will be required along with passport). We also will need the full names and ages of children 15 years of age and younger. There is a $50 per adult fee per booking for approval (Building fee requested after booking). We will need all adults emails with their IDs, after booking so we can send an application via DocuSign for each adult to fill out. No prior arrests please.
**The Building mgmt will not accept ANY PRIOR ARRESTS. If application with mgmt is not approved you will still be responsible for the application fees ($50 per adult) and the cc processing fees associated with VRBO and our website bookings.
