1056 Poolside Paradise!, has all you will need for a complete retreat! Want waterfront marina views? You got it! Want to be steps away from the pool and jacuzzi? You got it!

Our four bedroom, Poolside Paradise!, comfortably sleeps 6 adult guests (16 years of age and older) plus up to 3 children. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms.

Poolside Paradise! offers one king bed in the master bedroom, king in the second master bedroom suite, queen in the third bedroom, and queen in the 4th smaller bedroom, extra blankets, linens, and pillows to use at your leisure. Whether deciding on take-out or channeling your inner chef abilities, our kitchen inside Poolside Paradise!, is fully equipped with all the essentials and is adorned with counter bar/stools for you to relax, sit and enjoy! TV in the living room and every bedroom  so you will not miss out on your favorite TV shows you thought left at home! Roku streaming with Netflix and Sling tv that offers over 40 live channels, and numerous free tv how and movie apps. And yes, your very own Washer/Dryer, so going home home with laundry is not an option!

You have full private access to our Poolside Paradise!, unit 1056, located on the 10th floor with access right thru your sliding glass doors to the pool and jacuzzis and private patio! You have full access to The Grand pool, gym, hot tubs, and lobby. The Grand lobby is what we call a city within a building. If you didn't have to leave the building, you wouldn't have to, because it offers everything you could possibly need, want and desire! Restaurants from authentic Italian Primo's dining (a true locals hang out shhhhh), to our 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega (omg the panini's and fresh baked pastries!!), to yummy deli at Le'Faubourg to Tony Chan's upscale Chinese eatery, to our Locals Lobby Bar (and just about everything in-between). Oh, and let's not forget Starbucks, and for a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, visit our hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby. Boutique shopping.. Bayshore Design Center (we love the Italian silk!), Dry Cleaning, Parcel Packaging, Pharmacy, Beauty Salon and Nail Bar, Convenience Store, Lotus Bloom Spa and so much more.

The Grand can make that happen all in a days fun! The Grand offers a full equipped Marina with water sports, day cruises, and fishing trips!

The Grand is a premiere location! It is very centrally located. We are an easy 8 minute drive over the scenic causeway to South Beach, 3 minute drive to Wynwood Walls and Art District, 5 minutes to Midtown and the Design and Fashion District. One block walking distance to Publix grocery store beer/wine. Bayside Marketplace (port of Miami) is so close you can see it from The Grand! As is American Airlines Arena and The Miami Adrienne Arscht Center! There is shopping, nightlife, arts & entertainment, and restaurants all around ... !!

The Grand offers 24/7 Concierge and security

Uber all the way! Everything is so close that it makes Ubering around safe and easy. Taxis (there is usually a long line of taxis right out front of The Grand) the Trolley, and our very personal favorite the Miami Metromover which is free and is right on our block!

If you plan to have a car there is a one time $75 parking fee to self park one car for entire stay - building fee, so please let us know if you plan to have a car during your stay. Please note that the parking garage height is only 6'6" similar to a large SUV. Trucks can not fit and would need to street park by meter only. If you prefer to valet or have more then one car you can valet with the building for $30 daily fee (this is paid directly to the building).

Cancellation Policy:

- Please note that bookings made on Homeaway/VRBO/Expedia and our website will be charged a 8% processing fee on any amount paid if cancelled at anytime. This fee covers  the credit card processing fee we have that is not refunded to us if you should choose to  cancel or you are not approved by mgmt. Your refund will be less 8% for a cancellation. 

-92% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 60  days before arrival or earlier.  

-0% refundable if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.

-Guests are responsible for purchasing trip insurance. 

-By booking this condo you are agreeing to this rental agreement.      


-Visitors are only allowed at a minimum. Excess of visitors will not be allowed by security/mgmt at one time. Overnight visitors are not allowed.

- Absolutely no loud music, parties or any type of altercation with building security or staff or will result in immediate eviction or 15 day notice from mgmt with no refund and forfeit of deposit. 

-Rental agreement must be accepted at time of booking. Please make sure you read through it thoroughly. 

-The name on booking and credit card used must also match one of the guests staying in condo. No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty LLC. 

-Number of guests must not exceed occupancy amount for this property, so please make sure to state exact amount of guests when booking. 

- No furniture/art may be moved during your stay please. 

-There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the property. If smoking is detected you will face eviction and forfeit deposit. 

-Bluewater Realty LLC can not be held liable for any amenities being closed during your stay. This is our of our control so we are unable to give refunds for this situation if it should arise. 

-Absolutely no pets are allowed. These are building rules on bookings under 1 year. 

-Guests 16 years of age and older are considered adults by building mgmt. 

-The booking must be made by anyone 21 years of age or older. 

-MONTHLY 30+ day stays will require an application for approval by the building Association/Management along with photos of all adults drivers licenses or passports (if over 30 days a visa will be required along with passport). We also will need the full names and ages of children 15 years of age and younger. There is a $50 per adult fee per booking for approval (Building fee requested after booking). We will need all adults emails with their IDs, after booking so we can send an application via DocuSign for each adult to fill out. No prior arrests please. 

**The Building mgmt will not accept ANY PRIOR ARRESTS. If application with mgmt is not approved you will still be responsible for the application fees ($50 per adult) and the cc processing fees associated with VRBO and our website bookings.

We had a great experience, nice unit, very clean. There are few restaurants in the building, coffee shops and nice boutiques, even small grocery and wine store. Access to pool from unit makes it very useful any time, even late at night.Location is amazing, you don't need a car to get anywhere. Just walk, take Uber or ground transportation. Publix supermarket is basically across the street. I will recommend this place and give it 5 stars!

Lovely space

Lovely, spacious and modern condo with walk out to pool area. Perfect for a family due to 3 bathrooms. Made for a very enjoyable space for us and our adult children while visiting Miami. Very responsive hosts!

Just amazing

It’s just amazing. Three generations stayed over Christmas holiday. Walkable neighborhood, even with toddlers. Pool was awesome and kids loved the Roku!

Super Super clean

Super, super clean. Incredibly nice place. Four bedrooms, two of which are integrated into bedrooms, with a stand alone bathroom. Main two bedrooms are fairly large, while the third and fourth bedrooms are just big enough for the large, very, very comfortable beds. Master bathroom has a beautiful stand up shower, with rain fall showerheads, and amazing water pressure. You'll never feel more clean. Access to the pool and hot tub is on the same level, just a short walk from your very private back patio. Patio is shaded by dense tree coverage. Be wary about the drains above near the edge, you may randomly experience splashing. Pool is essentiala nice swimming lap pool, 3ft-6ft, pretty standard, with a bar and TV's next to it. Hours for the bartender were limited during my stay, but was nice for catching a football game and a margarita. Planes flying above every twenty minutes may make it difficult to lounge out for very long, though still quite possible given the foliage coverage. Hot tub is also pretty large, effectively a "dog bone" shape with four circles, each enough to hold six to seven people with plenty of space between. 10:00 PM lockout is a huuuge drag, but I understand the reasoning, to be considerate of other guests, potential noise, even though you can't hear the aircraft flying by when you're actually inside the unit. Speaking of, fully insulated, sound proof. Silence. Oh lord the SILENCE was amazing. No ticking clocks. No fans. No outside noises. I couldn't even hear my coinhabitants in the next room when sleeping. Unit remains dark, even during the day - not perfect darkness, but plenty good enough. Checking into the unit was a bit confusing, and I won't try to explain it for fear I might confuse it further. Just talk to the person at the desk and have someone walk you to where you'll sign a paper and get wristbands that grant you access past the security guard. Publix being literally right around the corner was a nice convenience. The location of the hotel is also very central, so nearly anywhere we wanted to go was a five to 15 minute drive, save the one day we got stuck behind the drawbridge to get to South Beach, and that really only added another 10-15 minutes one way. You can clearly see the top of the building from KUSH. Space is also very close as well. One call out - anyone who you want to come up to the unit needs to be listed BEFORE CHECK-IN. You'll need to provide a photo ID of all possible tenants, UP TO SIX, NO MORE, save children of course. This wasn't something I was specifically aware of, and may have been a hendrance had I had additional friends show up later in the trip who hadn't confirmed with me prior. That also means no bringing up folks you meet during your stay. All that said, I absolutely loved staying here and will certainly try to stay here again, assuming I can get less flaky friends next time!

What can I say.. Bluewater and Mia totally blew this one out of the ballpark! We were scheduled to be in Miami for the hurricane (Dorian) Mia changed our condo to a different one so we could still enjoy our stay and be extra safe. She was so communicative and made sure we were comfortable at all times! We were moved to 1056 on the 10th floor. This place was out of this world! Same amenities as our original location but we now had direct access to the hot tub and the pool. The terrace views were breathtaking. Check-in was fast and easy, parking was perfect (we did weekly) there was always room and we were able to be in and out in no time.This whole experience was awesome. Thank you Mia for making it so memorable and making us feel right at home! We will deff be back!

Gorgeous accommodations

Gorgeous accommodations! The pictures did not lie. I loved being right next to the huge hot tub. Very spacious, perfect for our group of 5 girls. There are all sorts of things available right there in the building such as restaurants, hair and nail salon, pharmacy, cafe, etc. Super convenient. We Ubered everywhere so pick-up and drop-off were easy. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and I would love to stay here again.
